Is my credit/debit card charged as soon as I order product?
Yes, your charge is processed immediately. Initially, it may appear as an authorization on your account, and once accepted, it will be reflected as a charge on your statement.
I type wrong address, can I change the address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out, please email us and we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out we could not do anything, please make sure your address is correct when placing your orders!.
I receive defective item, what should I do?
If you receive a defective item, just send us a picture of it to us along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll dispatch a replacement. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
